Product Features

Extruded fin offers excellent corrosion protection of the base tube and is much stronger than the applied fin tubes due to the work hardening of the fin material during extrusion process. It provides great resistance (fin stiffness) as well as exceptional heat transfer characteristics (longevity, temperature, range, etc.). The mechanical bond joining liner tubes and aluminum wall offers superior durability and insures no corrosion occurs between the fins and the tubes. The "double-wall" construction makes them more durable and heat-efficient. You can also choose from among several types of tube materials, which allows our heat exchangers to be specifically adapted to a given application. In addition, it can also extend the lifetime of heat exchangers and improve their efficiency and reliability.

Aluminum extruded fin tubes is formed from a bi-metallic tube. Consisting of an aluminum outer core and an parent tube of almost any material. The fin is formed by rolling material from the outside of the exterior tube to give an integral fin. The extruded fin is manufactured by compressing an aluminum outer core tube onto the parent tube. The outer core tube is exposed to extremely high pressures which essentially "grows" the fins into the final fin profile. Maximum operating temperature for this fin type is 290°c.

Total eight(8) bi-metallic finning lines, monthly production capacity is 150,000 meters in total.

Surface Treatment and Protection

Each tube will be cleaned free of rust, grease, residues or any other contaminants before extruding.


Each package is designed and made according to seaworthy packing standard and clients’ handling and lifting capability.

Finned tubes will be packed into steel frameworks and wrapped with weather proof PE film and plywood board covering up. In addition, each row of finned tubes will be isolated from adjacent with EPE(Expandable Polyethylene) foam to prevent rigid impact during transportation. For all exporting packages, we only use plywood instead of wood for fumigation free purpose.
